Earlier this week CCH, along with the Center for Biological Diversity, both represented by Earthjustice, settled an agreement with the Grand Wailea Hotel on the island of Maui to help protect the endangered ‘ua‘u (Hawaiian Petrel), especially during the fledgling season.
