An evening celebrating Conservation Council for Hawaiʻi at 71 years and a 50th year as Hawaiʻi’s affiliate of the National Wildlife Federation.
Held August 6, 5pm to 10pm in person, outdoors, at Moliʻi Gardens at Kualoa Ranch!
We had planned to celebrate our 70th Anniversary last year with all of you, but COVID-19 changed our plans. So, this year, we celebrate 71 years…and our 50th Anniversary as Hawaiʻi’s affiliate of the National Wildlife Federation – another major milestone!
We enjoyed an evening of local food, fellowship, and entertainment at the beautiful, outdoor venue of Moliʻi Gardens at Kualoa Ranch on Oʻahuʻs windward coast.
Our work over the past 7 decades has included building coalitions to protect our native Hawaiian Monk Seal ‘Ilioholoikauaua, expand the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands, advocate to ensure protection of over 173 plants on the Endangered Species Act (ESA), and work to protect the natural resources, habitats, and ecosystems of our island homes.
We look forward to the next 70!
